Todoist Priority Flags

Todoist has so many great features, and priority flags are definitely a nice touch! Priority flags allow you to indicate which things are most important to you – and Todoist will pop those to the top of your list! With four different priority levels, it’s super easy to stay organized with Todoist priority flags.

I’ll be honest, I love the cute little icons Todoist uses on their edit menu! I can easily bump things to the next day or next week from here, or assign a priority flag. Anything with a high priority automatically pops to the top of my list!

Ideas to Use Todoist Priority Flags in the Classroom

  • Mark the most important things as a level one (you know, like attendance so the office doesn’t call you!)
  • Things that you would like to do, but don’t have to do, could be lower priority. For instance, I might mark writing an IEP as a lower priority a month before it’s due – but two weeks before, I might switch the flag to a higher priority because I’ve got to get that done!
